The hydraulic transmission system is mainly composed of 5 parts.

1. Power element

The power element is an energy conversion device that converts the mechanical energy input by the prime mover into oil pressure energy. Its role is to provide pressure oil for the hydraulic system. The power components are various hydraulic pumps.

2. operating units

The actuator is an energy conversion device that converts the pressure energy of oil into mechanical energy. Its role is to output force and speed (linear motion), or torque and speed (rotary motion) under the impetus of pressure oil. Such components include various types of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.

3． Control adjustment element

The control and adjustment element is used to control or adjust the pressure, flow rate and direction of the oil in the hydraulic system to ensure that the execution element completes the expected work. Such components mainly include various relief valves, throttle valves and directional valves. Different combinations of these components form different functions of the hydraulic transmission system.

4． Auxiliary component

Auxiliary components refer to fuel tanks, oil pipes, oil pipe joints, accumulators, oil filters, pressure gauges, flow meters, and various sealing elements. These components play the role of heat dissipation and oil storage, oil transfer, connection, energy storage, filtering, measuring pressure, measuring flow and sealing, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the system and are an indispensable part of the hydraulic system.

5. Working medium

Working medium plays the role of transmitting motion, power and signal in hydraulic transmission and control. The working medium is hydraulic oil or other synthetic liquid.
